Hudson Square is a little known neighborhood in Manhattan bordering TriBeCa, SoHo, and the West Village. This map is designed to highlight attractions and connect the rich history of the Hudson Square neighborhood through physical and digital wayfinding.
The area was once known as the Printing District, and into the 21st century it remains a center of media-related activity, including in advertising, design, communications, and the arts.
This project introduces both tourists and locals to the various activities available for them in the neighborhood while also creating a sense of place and helping to establish the neighborhood in the memories of those who visit it.
